Our rice is grown by Mr. Yamanouchi in Niigata’s Uonuma. Uonuma has some of the heaviest snowfall in Japan. Our delicious rice is lovingly grown by professionals using pristine water from the Aburuma River in an environment blessed by nature. Using hydrogen-rich water to prepare our rice helps bring out its natural flavor. Please enjoy this delicious rice with our daily specials which include fish and boiled dishes.
