About Guest Room Cleaning When cleaning guest rooms, we make sure to thoroughly ventilate and disinfect the rooms.

Checking The Health Of Guests We take all guests’ temperature upon check in. We ask that guests contact the front desk immediately if they start feeling unwell during their stay. Furthermore, in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, we may transfer guests to another hotel facility depending on their symptoms. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Health Management & Infection Prevention Measures For Staff Our staff are asked to report their physical condition before coming to work, and check their temperature when they arrive for work. Furthermore, our staff wear masks, wash their hands and gargle regularly, and use alcohol to disinfect their hands.
