Our rice is grown by Tominaga Farm in Niigata’s Uonuma region.
Uonuma has some of the heaviest snowfall in Japan.
Our delicious rice is lovingly grown by professionals in an environment blessed by nature using pristine water from the Aburuma River which helps bring out its natural flavor.
Please enjoy this delicious rice with our daily specials which include fish and other boiled dishes.
Uonuma Koshihikari Rice
We purchase our Uonuma Koshihikari rice directly from a contracted farmer. Our rice is prepared in such a way that it almost looks like “small shiny gems”.
